Leadership is a practice not a possession. It relies on a way of learning most of us were never taught how to do. A more textured way of learning that is facilitated by the reflective process; it requires you pause and look inward to discover how old habits and hidden assumptions undermine the results you seek. A way of learning that includes reflection and self knowledge.

Leaders learn and develop when a personal desire to grow exists, a safe environment with sufficient support and challenge is present, and the space to consider new mindsets and practice new skill sets is established. I create learning environments that help leaders at all levels form community and build the experience they need to improve their ability to self lead, positively impact their relationships, and influence change within a larger system.

When your leadership becomes a practice, you will choose confidence over doubt, courage over comfort, and doing what is right over what is easy.

Kelly is engaging and creative. During our recent annual event at Dominion, she filled the room with energy. The enthusiastic audience of more than 100 women gave her exceptional ratings. I would certainly hire her again to inspire any audience.
